Return and Refund Policy

Our Mission is to Provide an Outstanding Customer Service Experience!

While we truly hope you love your IncrediBulb, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, Kitchen Concepts Unlimited LLC welcomes returns within 30 days. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Your Kitchen Concepts Unlimited order number must be provided to receive a refund. Refunds are for product only, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping and handling.

If your IncrediBulb is broken, defective, or has missing components, Kitchen Concepts Unlimited will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. However, any products not purchased directly from Kitchen Concepts Unlimited via our website, should be returned or exchanged to where the item was originally purchased.

If you place an order via our website and wish to cancel your order, we will gladly issue you a complete refund if your order has not yet been processed and shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving them.

If you provide an incorrect “Ship To” address on your original order, Kitchen Concepts Unlimited will re-ship your order to the updated address once the original order is returned to our warehouse. However, you will be charged an additional $5.95 for shipping and handling.

Please be sure to email us first at info@kcunlimited.com since a refund may be issued without requiring a return. But if you do have to ship us back the unit, be sure to include your invoice, the product, and the reason for your return.

Refund requests begin processing once your item is received and inspected. Kitchen Concepts Unlimited will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, minus shipping and handling costs.
